About Pads and Pets

Hi! 

I’m Sarah, the founder of Pads and Pets, a service born out of two things I love most: caring for animals and keeping homes beautifully clean.

For the past four years, I worked as a live-in dog carer and housekeeper in Hampshire for a businessman with a big heart, and two even bigger dogs: a Rottweiler and a Labrador. It didn’t take long for me to fall in love with both of them (and yes, I talked to them constantly!). Later, a little poodle joined the crew, and I had the joy of caring for three dogs with very different personalities—all of whom truly stole my heart.

Growing up surrounded by dogs, cats, and even guinea pigs, animals have always been part of my world. Pair that with my passion for cleaning and organising, and it felt only natural to create Pads and Pets, a service that lets me do both, and do them well.

Whether you’re going away and need someone reliable to care for your pets in the comfort of their own home, or your space needs a deep clean to feel fresh and sparkling again, I’m here to help. I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe and secure in their own surroundings, and I take pride in treating every home with respect, care, and attention to detail.

I offer flexible availability and personalised service. Whether it’s daily walks and cuddles or spotless cupboards and streak-free windows, you can count on me to look after what matters most to you.
